Role Summary
As a Client Strategy & Insights Manager, you are responsible for providing strategic analytical insight, trends, and tactics and recommendations to drive growth and optimize performance. This role will be a collaborative one that works mainly with Client Services, but also cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Marketing, and Operations. The Client Strategy & Insights Manager will also have a portfolio of key client accounts, as well as general oversight and be the strategic point of escalation of all other accounts.

Location
This role is an on-site position in Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities
Analyze and monitor client accounts to assess performance trends and forecast future outcomes.
Assist in onboardingnew clients,ensuring seamless implementation and account setup.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to driveefficiency and innovation.
Develop and present data-driven insights and reports to optimize client success.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client accounts meet and exceed performance goals.
Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for client needs and escalations.
Lead client meetings to discuss account performance, recommend improvements, and address inquiries.
Become a subject matter expert in healthcare revenue recovery and payment sourcing.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and concise insights
Proficiency in PowerBI, Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Performance Monitoring
Prepare and present strategic recommendations and findings to senior leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations to inform decision-making
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve strategic planning processes and methodologies, and support client retention
Strong background in insurance, employee benefits, consulting or claims administration
