RWA Wealth Partners is a boutique wealth management firm that provides customized solutions designed to help clients grow and protect their wealth so they can pursue a rewarding lifestyle, realize their goals, and create a legacy for generations.

Our team of professionals operates from eight offices across the nation, serving over 6,000 clients and managing over $17 billion in assets.

We are looking for passionate individuals who are eager to make a difference in the lives of our clients while being part of a collaborative and innovative team. If you are ready to elevate your career in a dynamic environment that values respect, teamwork and personal growth, consider joining us at RWA Wealth Partners.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced and entrepreneurial Wealth Advisors to join our independent RIA. In this critically important role, the Wealth Advisor will manage high-net-worth client relationships, provide holistic financial planning, and help lead the growth of the firm through business development and team leadership.

You’ll serve as a trusted partner to clients, offering guidance in investment management, tax planning, estate planning, and retirement planning, while working closely with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience. This role requires someone who can transition and expand existing relationships, develop new business, and oversee a support team, whether brought with you or built in partnership with the firm.

You’ll also be expected to contribute to growth through effective time spent with clients, prospects, centers of influence, and community engagement, making a visible and invaluable impact on the firm’s continued success.

Responsibilities

Onboard and cultivate high-net-worth client relationships with care and professionalism.

Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions including financial planning, investment management, tax planning, and estate planning coordination.

Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, ensuring personalized, proactive, and integrated advice aligned with each client’s goals.

Lead and oversee a support team—either an existing group brought with the advisor or one we build in partnership.

Drive business development efforts through client referrals, strategic networking, and community engagement.

Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to deliver a seamless, full-service client experience.

Must act as a fiduciary, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and client confidentiality.

Must maintain a strong commitment to compliance.

Support the Private Wealth Management team as a subject matter expert in the areas of investments, tax planning, pension planning, estate planning, insurance, retirement planning and general financial planning.

Analyze, draft, edit, and deliver comprehensive financial plans to clients.

Analyze prospective client’s investment portfolios and financial planning in conjunction with introducing new clients to the firm.

Manage client communications, coordinate with other client financial partners, and follow-up with clients’ other advisors.

Ensure adherence to company standards of net new asset growth and retention.

Attend company workshops or lectures and speak to groups of potential clients when called upon.

Education, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related), master’s degree a plus.

Minimum of ten years of client-facing tax, wealth management or financial planning experience.

Deep expertise in holistic financial planning, including investments, retirement, tax, and estate strategies.

CFP® credential required or has advanced degree such as master’s degree in financial planning or tax. The following credentials may also be considered: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Chartered Investment Consultant (CIC).

Experience using financial planning tools such as eMoney or similar platforms.

Sales aptitude and experience is also highly desired.

Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.

Proven time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments.

Must be a humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking collaborator with a positive, can-do attitude.

Strong computer aptitude with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Ability to learn quickly and efficiently.
