Every part you load, cycle you run, and product you inspect ensures we meet customer expectations with precision and efficiency. What You’ll Do

•Operate Machinery:Set up, run, and monitor production machines according to job specifications and safety standards.

•Inspect & Measure:Perform in-process quality checks, identify defects, and ensure products meet specifications.

•Maintain Production Flow:Keep machines running efficiently by refilling materials, clearing jams, and minimizing downtime.

•Perform Basic Maintenance:Clean and maintain machines daily, reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor.

•Read Instructions:Follow blueprints, work orders, or written instructions to complete production tasks accurately.

•Document Work:Record production counts, scrap, and downtime clearly and accurately.

•Champion Safety:Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of PPE and machine guards, to maintain a safe work environment.
