Designer - UX Content Conversation Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and collaborative UX Designer to join our client's growing Digital Product Design team. This role is ideal for a designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design and agile product thinking who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences.Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers, researchers, developers, and other designers to define and deliver user-centered solutions

Translate complex business and user requirements into intuitive, elegant designs

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that align with client's design system and accessibility standards

Coordinate with user research team for usability testing to validate design decisions

Help evolve and maintain design systems and contribute to design documentation

Present and communicate design work clearly and persuasively to stakeholders

Contribute to design strategy for productsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in a large-scale or regulated environment

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of user-centered design projects with wireframes, and clear problem-solving and impact

Proficiency in Figma and XD

Working knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) and responsive design best practices

Experience with Agile or Scrum workflows

Excellent communication, collaboration, and storytelling skillsPreferred Qualifications

Experience designing for financial services, enterprise systems, or high-volume transactional interfaces and their role in customer engagement and service.
