We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. While this is a remote position based out of Austin, United States, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns

Design and maintain regular reporting systems and dashboards

Develop and implement data quality control procedures

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions

Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively

Optimize data collection procedures and implement best practices for data management

Identify opportunities for data-driven process improvements

Support strategic decision-making through ad-hoc analysis and recommendationsQualifications

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field

2-3 years of experience in data analysis or similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL and database management

Expert-level experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI

Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical analysis

Programming experience in Python or R

Demonstrated experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation

Experience with business intelligence tools and data warehousing concepts

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication skills with ability to present complex data in a clear manner

Experience working in a remote environment preferred

Understanding of data analytics methodologies and best practices

Knowledge of data governance and security practices
