Assistant Controller

Job Description

Interested in joining a Real Estate company? They're looking for an Assistant Controller to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 7-8 GL accountants - providing leadership and mentoring them.

• Complete 60+ reviews a month.

• Be the liaison between operations and clients

• Prioritize schedule to meet deadlines

Preferred Requirements:

• Leadership/management experience

• Experience in the multi-family real estate industry

• Understanding of US GAAP

• Time management skills

Pluses:

• Experience with Yardi

• CPA

Fully onsite 1st 90 days - WFH 2 days/week after that
