• Maintain accurate records by reviewing, verifying, and correcting data as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create, format, and manage documents and spreadsheets.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with team members to address data-related issues and improve processes.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval and reference.
• Follow company guidelines and procedures for data security and confidentiality.
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
