Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. Supply Chain Manager Key Responsibilities

Forecasting & Demand Planning: Leverage data analytics, historical trends, and market intelligence to develop accurate forecasting models. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand planning with organizational goals and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Logistics Management: Oversee the movement, storage, and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Implement strategies to optimize transportation networks, warehouse operations, and overall supply chain flow.

Procurement: Develop and execute procurement strategies to source materials and products at competitive rates. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with quality standards and contract agreements.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain operations, including cost, efficiency, and responsiveness. Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.

Risk Mitigation: Identify supply chain risks and implement proactive measures to address potential disruptions in forecasting, supply, or logistics.

Transformation Efforts: Drive innovative transformation efforts within supply chain processes to align with organizational digital or operational strategies. Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives is a plus.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in inventory management, forecasting, logistics, procurement, and demand planning, with a focus on attention to detail.

• Proficiency in lean inventory principles and methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Expertise in developing and implementing strategies to solve complex supply chain issues.
