Location: Augusta, GA Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s Onsite at a Major Construction Project
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be the backbone of a high-impact construction team? We’re looking for a Construction Office Assistant to support a major infrastructure project. What You’ll Do:
Support project managers and superintendents with job coordination and scheduling
Track work orders from creation through billing
Maintain and update inventory tracking systems
Provide top-notch customer service to internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in work orders and inventory
Assist with supply runs, office errands, and other hands-on support tasks
️ What You Bring:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience with scheduling, time cards, and coordination tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Bonus: Familiarity with Bluebeam and construction environments
