We are looking for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Wappingers Falls, New York. In this role, you will provide expert product support and technical assistance across various platforms and technologies. Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco and Citrix technologies, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Assist in the configuration and maintenance of cloud platforms and computer hardware systems.
• Manage and resolve issues related to Dell technologies and Active Directory.
• Perform routine backups and maintain data integrity using advanced backup technologies.
• Deliver clear and effective communication to both technical teams and end users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical challenges.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Document technical processes and solutions for future reference and training purposes.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions.• Strong expertise in Cisco and Citrix technologies.
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms and computer hardware.
• Hands-on experience with Dell technologies and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of backup technologies and data recovery processes.
