Insights Strategy & Innovation: Champion the use of advanced analytics, qualitative and quantitative research, and proprietary tools (e.g., brand scorecards, community panels) to uncover deep audience insights and inform go-to-market strategies.

Donor Experience Research: Oversee the development of donor journey maps and experience insights that inform supporter-centric strategies and optimize engagement across all touchpoints.

Team Development & Culture: Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team. Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and accountability. Ensure team members have clear development roadmaps and succession plans.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across Marketing, Development, and Operations to ensure insights are embedded into strategic planning and decision-making.

Agency & Budget Oversight: Lead the selection and management of research vendors and agency partners. Oversee budgeting and ensure efficient use of resources.

Executive Representation: Serve as a key member of the Strategic Marketing leadership team and represent the Chief Audience & Insights Officer as needed.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 12+ years in market research, insights, or strategy roles, including 5+ years managing teams. Experience in financial services, management consulting, or business transformation is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

Proficiency in survey design, MaxDiff studies, creative testing, and brand health tracking

Familiarity with third-party research tools and vendors (e.g., Morning Consult, Ipsos, Harris)

Strong understanding of Martech platforms and data science applications

Leadership: Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. Skilled in coaching, performance management, and team engagement.
