Leasing Consultant

Job Description

The Kamson Corporation, a premier apartment management organization, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant to join our team at a garden-style apartment community in Eatontown, NJ.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing and office management

Strong customer service orientation

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with I Love Leasing, MRI, and LRO is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through application submission to Corporate

Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly

Tour and present apartments to prospective residents

Conduct walk-throughs of vacant, ready-to-rent units

Support additional leasing and office management duties as needed
