JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently searching for an ambitious Project Manager/Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be
well-versed in managing projects that include ASME process material/equipment and structural
components. The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, be a problem
solver, and be goal orientated. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a challenging environment
with strong diligence in detail.
The PM will play a critical role in managing the demands and deliverables of equipment and materials
on the project. The candidate will be responsible for developing schedules and responsible for project
budget/cost and reporting. The successful candidate will need to have a collaborative work style, be exceptionally well organized, and be an effective communicator.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain working relationships with the customer.
• Work with other departments to ensure purchase orders are placed and materials are delivered per
schedule requirements.
• Work with project team to identify order shipment discrepancies and direct problem solution.
• Project Scheduling in Microsoft Projects.
• Proficient with ERP Systems
• Communicate any potential delays with a problem resolution to operations and engineering daily.
• Manage Project budget/cost on projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to support project demand and quality.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, contracts, purchase orders, and monthly reporting.
• Complete special projects as directed.
• Monitor project delivery timelines and ensure compliance.
• Assist in implementation and procedure development.
• Some traveling to job sites will be required in this role.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• At least 5 plus years of experience in a Project Management/Project Coordinator position
• In-depth knowledge of Fabrication
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills
• Proven initiative-taker with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF
• Experience with ERP Systems
• Extreme diligence and must follow-through on open tasks.
• Takes initiative, anticipate needs, and exercise independent judgment.

We are a full-service, custom equipment fabricator with capability to design and fabricate to ASME Section VIII pressure vessel, ASME B31.3/B31.12 process piping, and a variety of other national and international pressure vessel and construction codes. We supply custom designed, BAHX, piping systems, cold boxes, and process skids for liquified natural gas (LNG), natural gas processing (NGP), renewable natural gas/landfill gas (LFG), and other hydrocarbon applications. CoreWorks has an experienced field service team that can provide consulting, inspection and troubleshooting of our client’s existing equipment. Our team can perform repairs, alterations, testing and cleaning in accordance with ASME Section VIII and National Board Inspection Code (NBIC). CoreWorks holds ASME U and R stamps and is registered with the National Board (NB).
