Inside Sales Distribution Representative

Silmar Electronics, one of the largest independent wholesale distributors of electronic security, fire, CCTV, access control, commercial and residential sound systems, is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team at our Clearwater, FL location.

Responsibilities will include:

learning all Sales and Operational aspects and responsibilities of wholesale distribution

learning & understanding aspects of technology within the low voltage industry

Inside Counter Sales

receiving and shipping, and inventory responsibilities

executing inventory cycle counts, customer service procedures

Silmar trains all employees to learn wholesale distribution responsibilities from operations to sales. Each team member participates in working the counter sales as well as the daily operational duties of the branch.

Qualifications: Wholesale/distribution sales experience is preferred. Low voltage or technology hardware experience is also preferred. Room for career growth is possible and encouraged.
