Store Manager Salary $55k-$75k Full-Time : 5-day work week Bellaire, Houston, TX On-Site Direct Hire

Job Description

A leading fine jewelry and watch boutique, as the Store Manager at our flagship Bellaire location. In this key leadership role, you’ll manage daily store operations, coach a sales team, and uphold our exceptional service standards. You will work directly with the founder, gaining personalized mentorship and training. This is a unique opportunity to grow with a company known for elegance, excellence, and deep community roots.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed performance goals

Deliver a hospitality-driven, luxury client experience in line with the brand

Manage all aspects of store operations including scheduling, reporting, and merchandising

Provide product knowledge training and hands-on coaching to staff

Handle VIP client relationships with professionalism and discretion

Analyze store performance and implement strategies for improvement

Oversee inventory accuracy, reorder processes, and showroom presentation

Collaborate on marketing events, social media, and client outreach initiatives

Qualifications and Requirements

5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury, or fashion

Strong background in jewelry or watches preferred, GIA certification a plus

Outstanding leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven

Professional demeanor with deep knowledge of luxury retail standards

Proficient with POS systems, inventory tools, and office software

Bilingual preferred; Vietnamese speaking strongly preferred for Bellaire location

Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and events

The base pay range for this position is $55,000–$75,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
