Delivery Coordinator/ Auto Motive Product Specialist

The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.

Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding

Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge

Demonstrate features of the vehicle, show the customer navigation, SYNC (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)

Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues

Check the detailing to ensure it's pristine for the customer

Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership

Help with new and used vehicle descriptions

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. We're looking for a friendly, tech-savvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful. IN-HOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company.

Outgoing personality.

Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Valid Driver’s License.
