We are a brand-new store with both full-time & part-time sales associate roles available. We are looking for outgoing and motivated individuals who love kids and enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment to join our team. As a sales associate, youll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, answering questions about products, and providing an outstanding customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining the stores appearance, organizing merchandise, ringing sales, processing returns, tagging inventory, and other tasks associated with a sales associate position as assigned.

Will have flexibility with work schedules; holidays and weekends are a must
Able to effectively communicate our Buy Policy to our customers

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Purchase gently used quality kids clothing, shoes, toys, books, and baby gear from our customer base
Maintain the appearance of the store by organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean
Participate in in-store events and promotions
Work collaboratively with other team members and provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Retail or customer service experience, preferred but not required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend shift
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally more)
