Local company seeking Warehouse Supervisor!

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for training, coaching, planning and assigning daily work, ensuring safety rules and other policies/procedures are adhered to, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems

Meet warehouse operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems and identifying warehouse system improvements

Maintain warehouse by keeping floor space organized, adhere to warehouse design principles, and recommend improvement opportunities

Stay up to date with job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

What We Are Looking For

Experience in a similar management position

Knowledge of plywood/solid surface products

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, logistics, and warehouse management
