Our organization is currently seeking a new team member to join our Human Assets Department in Learning and Development. The ideal candidate should possess a professional demeanor and appearance. They should also have the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. This position primarily involves tasks such as maintaining files, reviewing process instructions, implementing training modules through email and/or tablets, and developing interdepartmental relationships. The selected candidate will also be responsible for providing support to other departments as required.
To be considered for this position, you should have experience in administrative support as well as computer literacy. Knowledge of company operations, workflows, and process integration is preferred. Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms, such as Forms, SharePoint, is required, and other LMS platforms are preferred. English grammar proficiency and Spanish grammar proficiency are required. You should be an expert in task management, have experience making tough decisions, and be extremely organized.Compensation:
$23 - $26 hourlyResponsibilities:
The individual must be able to perform the following effectively:
Update and maintain training files
Keep confidential documents organized
Schedule meetings
Track training completion for the Learning and Development department
Perform competency audits to ensure training effectiveness
Translate department documents into Spanish
Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations
Maintain the confidentiality of documents
Take initiative in your job and daily tasks
Provide admin supportQualifications:
Required Skills/Abilities:
Computer literacy required
Spanish fluency, both verbal and written
Knowledge of extended Microsoft Office Platforms such as Forms, SharePoint, and/or other LMS platforms preferred
Education and Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience with administrative responsibilities
1 to 2 years of experience presenting data to groups or public speaking
Higher education preferred
High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
