Responsibilities
POSITION PURPOSE:
The Senior Financial System Analyst lends their expertise to guide process improvements, bridging disconnected subsystems through oversight and interventions. This role assists in oversight of financial systems, billing databases, completes account analysis and reconciliations along with interacting heavily with Finance leadership. Qualifications
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel
Knowledge of Workday Financials, workflow management, Power BI or other relational databases and BI products a plus.
SQL, VBA, and relational database knowledge required
Understanding of balance sheet and income statement financials.
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and proactively seek out opportunities and efficiencies.
Talent in synthesizing data and communicating effectively both orally and in writing with people at all organizational levels.
Demonstrates ability to work productively and effectively as part of a team.
Ability to understand priorities and handle with a sense of urgency
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience required designing and maintaining systems related to accounting, accounts receivable or payable.
