I. Job Summary
This individual is charged with creating and delivering actionable insights that influence value adding business decisions in the areas of: strategy, business planning, KPI development, new and existing initiatives for analysis, and operational optimization. In addition to the data and analysis collected and presented to the supported business, the expectation is for this individual to create dashboards and scorecards to identify drivers and create strategic recommendations, presenting these to key SLT partners.
II. Duties and Responsibilities

Communicates directly with stakeholders, holding meetings, and producing re-cap communications.
Ensures all projects, apps, and automation solutions developed are value-adding and provide actionable insights.
Ensures appropriate level of statistical significance in insights; helps educate and hold stakeholders and team accountable in their design and interpretation of analyses.
Analyzes requests to ensure they are value-adding, technically feasible, and prioritized appropriately.
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience, particularly in Power Platform tools.
Demonstrates a commitment to the quality of data sets, reporting, and apps created by the team, ensuring they are repeatable and sustainable.
Monitors the value proposition of reporting, analysis, and apps during development and actively communicates with stakeholders.
Proactively identifies, prioritizes, and builds Power Apps and automation that drive meaningful change on KPIs and critical objectives established by the stakeholder.
Ensures all requests for apps, flows, data, and reporting are logged and tracked appropriately.
Consistently exercises independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Presents to senior leadership, working with this team as a partner and providing actionable insights and technology recommendations.
Interfaces with data architecture team and integrates solutions with relevant data sources (e.g., SQL Server, SharePoint, Dataverse).
Works with large, disparate data sets to uncover insights and power app-driven business solutions.
Is a hands-on technical and analytical business partner who enjoys solving complex business problems through data and automation.
Promotes a culture of excellence, meaningful data and reporting, low-code development, data-driven discussions, actionable insights, knowledge sharing, and teamwork.
Develops financial and operational objectives. Has a greater degree of impact on business results.
Maintains a safe, clean, and neat network and server operations environment.
Communicates directly with stakeholders, holding meetings, and producing re-cap communications.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Information Sciences, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant experience.
Experience: Eight (8) years of related experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements
None required.
Certification in Java, AWS, Big Data, or other relevant technologies is preferred.
C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
Technically advanced or in-depth knowledge or skills in one or more of the following required:
Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse); Power BI experience is a plus.
Expert relational database and data warehouse experience; understanding of IBM Netezza, SQL Server, Oracle, and Snowflake.
Strong understanding of data connectors and integration across platforms.
Proven implementation of value-adding data visualization and app design best practices.
