Responsibilities

This position supports the day-to-day functions of the continuing education/distance learning team. It pairs the technical support tasks of provisioning Web services for healthcare professional continuing education with data-driven decision-making to support strategy and required accreditation reporting. This position requires data collection and analysis expertise and the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, communications, education, or a relevant field. Master’s degree preferred.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Advanced skills in Excel and other visualization tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly to non-technical audiences. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) reporting, Google Analytics, and descriptive statistics.

Programming & Statistical Modeling: Working knowledge of SQL, R, or similar programming languages, as well as exposure to statistical modeling for data analysis preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficient with Web authoring tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML, CSS, PHP preferred) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere or Camtasia Studio preferred). Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Creative Problem-Solving: Demonstrated creativity in assisting in implementing program strategy as determined by curriculum developers, delivering data-driven solutions, and ability to audit statistical reports. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and pivot to address ad-hoc program requirements.

Collaboration & Initiative: A dynamic team player passionate about supporting thought leaders and clinical subject-matter experts in the nonprofit continuing education space. Strong project coordination skills in webinar production and in supporting e-learning initiatives.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop), experience with CME/CE accreditation applications, and experience in the healthcare CE sector is a plus. Knowledge of data/business analytics to support reporting and interpretation as needed.
