Our Children's System of Care Program/DCF currently seeking an experienced Licensed clinical social worker/Licensed professional counselor to run and manage our IIC services in New Jersey.

Minimum of two years experience working with children and family is required.

Responsible for conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments.

Responsible for writing care plans and treatment plans

Ability to provide supervision to masters level staff

Provide services in the youth's home and community

Specializes with needs related to co-occurring substance use and behavioral health as well as IDD and behavioral challenges

Complete bio psychosocial, intake documents and guardance to all behavioral assistants working on same case

Works within Perform Care system of care to enter plans, notes, documentation, through a platform called CYBER

Must have experience with the Children's System of Care and proficient with data entry

Offers crisis intervention and support

Advocates for client's needs and rights.

Coordinate with community recourses and services

Participates in continuing education and professional development

Provides individuals, group, and family therapy sessions

Develops and implements individualized treatment plans
