Weâ re partnering with a national homebuilder seeking a Division CFO to oversee all financial operations for its high-performing Charlotte division. This is a mission-critical leadership role for a financial executive with deep homebuilding experience and a strong understanding of operational finance within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This role offers significant visibility and strategic influence. Youâ ll be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, land and lot analysis, margin optimization, and reporting. You'll partner closely with Division Leadership to support aggressive growth plans while ensuring sound financial controls and accurate performance tracking.
