Shipping and Receiving Associates - Join Our Team!

Location: Solon, OH 44139

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Are you detail-oriented and skilled with Forklifts, Tow Motors and Pallet Jacks? We need a dedicated associate to ensure efficient movement of materials and maintain smooth operations. Shipping and Receiving Associates handle the loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing trucks using tow motors and pallet jacks. Associates will also take care of documentation and admirative tasks related to Shipping and Receiving and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities:

Material Handling: Identify, retrieve, and wrap pallets of materials using hand trucks and tow motors.

Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials and ingredients from trucks, following first in first out procedures.

Documentation: Accurately complete paperwork and report any issues to management.

Maintenance: Keep your work area and equipment clean, handle and bail cardboard, and operate floor cleaning equipment.

Compliance: Follow all safety, quality, and GMP procedures, including food safety and quality documentation.

Requirements:

Skills: Ability to operate tow motors and electric pallet jacks. Experience with this equipment is required! Good reading and math comprehension is also required.

Physical Stamina: Capable of walking, driving, and lifting heavy items for extended periods.

Work Style: Able to work independently and as part of a team.
