Job Description

Position Title: Collections AssociateStarting compensation: $19-$22 per hour

Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining credit history files.

Documenting daily collections activities.

Maximizing cash receipts.

Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts.

Overseeing customer payments.

Collect and process payments daily.

Service customers and drivers.

Invoicing, filing, Counter transactions.

Back-order transactions.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer and financial information.

Strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are required.

Ability to work on-site at the New Jersey location.
