Responsibilities:

•Design and implement robust database solutions for MedTech applications.

•Develop and maintain database architecture /design standards and best practices.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database services.

•Optimize database performance and scalability.

•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.

•Extensive experience with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and NewSQL.

•Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles.

•Hands-on experience with database management and optimization.

•Proficiency in scripting and automation using tools like SQL, PL/SQL, or Python.

•Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•[Optional] Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator, or MongoDB Certified DBA.

•Experience in the MedTech industry or healthcare domain.

•Strong communication and leadership skills.
