Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

Structural calculations, design analysis and preparation of construction documents for a wide variety of building structures and construction materials.

Perform construction related services including shop drawing review, response to requests for information, and structural site inspections.

Collaborate with architects and contractors on design and construction of building projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Masters preferred), with a focus in Structural Engineering

2 or more years structural engineering experience.

FE certificate required

PE or SE license preferred

Must have experience designing structural systems and producing design documents for buildings in Revit and/or AutoCAD. Experience with Revit strongly preferred

Experience using structural software such as RAM Steel, RAM Elements and ENERCALC, etc.

Solid verbal and written communication skills required
