Virtual Assistant, Full and Part Time

Job Description

Salary: $11-$15/ hr

St. Mark's Therapy Center is a therapist owned and operated company that serves public and private schools. We are looking to hire a virtual assistant, with the primary duty being lead generation of new clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The VA may assist with:

Lead management and organization

Systematically research contact information

Organize and enter contact data into appropriate files.

Complete email campaigns

Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills and Attributes:

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to organize and effectively prioritize tasks

Attention to detail

Internet/Web and computer-savvy

Qualifications:

Associates Degree preferred

Proficiency with Google Suite and Google Calendar

Reliable Internet connection, computer, and phone

Available during business hours PST or EST Monday-Friday,unless otherwise agreed in writing with each client

Proficiency with a task management program such as Trello

Compensation

Payment is per assignment ($11-$20+ per hour) and is based on efficiency. Various payment options are available, including an opportunity for commission/ passive income.
