Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Full Stack Engineer - Community Integrity - this is a fully onsite position in New York or London.

The Community Integrity team is focused on safeguarding the platform. Our mission is to identify, prevent, and mitigate abuse — keeping harmful behaviors and content off our platform. We leverage machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), and fast iteration to create safer, healthier communities at scale.

What You’ll Do

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Community Integrity team, you’ll be instrumental in building scalable systems that power a safer crypto social experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Architecting, building, and deploying high-performance solutions at speed

Developing one of the most intricate ML platforms in crypto

Rapidly prototyping and iterating on new features with a focus on speed and quality

Working across the entire stack with technologies like Python, TypeScript, and JVM-based languages

Collaborating with world-class engineers, designers, and product leaders

Taking full ownership of your work — from ideation to production

Who You Are

We’re looking for a builder — someone who’s highly capable, autonomous, and thrives in fast-paced environments.

You likely have:

Strong experience in full stack development using Python, TypeScript, and/or JVM languages

A track record of designing and scaling distributed, high-performance systems

A problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action

High ownership and the ability to drive features end-to-end with minimal guidance

Bonus points for:

Experience with production-grade ML platforms

Familiarity with stateful stream processing (e.g., Apache Kafka)

A degree in Computer Science

A passion for or familiarity with the crypto space
