Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test casesbased on product requirements, design specifications, and user stories.
Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks
Write, optimize, and maintain automation scriptsand detailedtest execution reports
Create and maintain test plans, test strategies, and traceability matrices
Execute test cases using test management toolssuch asJIRA, Zephyr, ALM, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Perform comprehensive regression testing Identify, log, and track defects/bugsusing issue-tracking systems while collaborating with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Work closely with QA Managers, UI/UX designers, software developers, and product owners
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
Optimize test suites for continuous integration (CI/CD)pipelines, ensuring seamless automated testing in development workflows.
Work independently with minimal supervision,proactively identifying and addressing risks or inefficiencies in the QA process.
Continuously research and implement new testing tools, methodologies, and best practicesto enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software testing.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or its equivalent
5+ years of experience in the software QA testing field is a plus
Sound knowledge of QA Methodologies and best practices.
Strong programming skills inJava, JavaScript, C#, or other automation-related languages.
2+ years hands-on experience withSeleniumandAppium frameworks.
Proficiency in API testing usingPostman, Rest Assured, or similar tools.
Familiarity withCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD) for test automation integration.
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, including working withinScrum and Kanban frameworks.
Experience withperformance testing toolssuch asJMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
Knowledge ofcloud-based testing environments(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in afast-paced, collaborative environmentwhile delivering high-quality test solutions.
Experience with Test Management Tools such as Zephyr, Polarion or Helix ALM systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Healthcare industry experience, a plus
