IP Paralegal

Seeking an IP Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience to support a boutique IP firm serving large and mid-sized clients.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting USPTO filings, managing international applications via WIPO and PCT, maintaining docketing systems, conducting patent and trademark searches, supporting client intake, collaborating with international associates, and assisting litigation teams.

Qualifications include familiarity with USPTO tools (Patent Center, TEAS, TSDR), experience with docketing software, knowledge of global filing procedures, and strong organizational skills. A Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate are preferred.
