Associate Director, Clinical Scientist

Provides strategic direction for study design, data management, and biomarker development.

Contributes to study planning, risk analysis, recruitment, and contingency planning.

Reviews clinical data, leads dose-escalation meetings, and ensures quality checks before database lock.

Collaborates with external experts, KOLs, and vendors, and supports regulatory documentation.

Engages in senior management interactions and contributes to in-licensing and acquisition activities.

Qualifications include a Master’s or higher degree, with 4+ years clinical experience (PharmD/PhD) or 7+ years with a Master’s, along with up to 30% travel.
