Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer

The DCS Air & Space Technology Sector seeks a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer to support high-visibility MS&A efforts supporting defense research and development in Reston, VA.

Construct complex military models and entities using AFSIM, developing dynamic scripts and operational scenarios.

Collaborate with SMEs, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements, execute studies, analyze results, and present findings.

Contribute to the development of MS&A tools, working closely with agile software teams.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, a BS in a technical field with 8+ years of analysis experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and 5+ years creating AFSIM scenarios.

Proficiency in scripting/programming languages like C++ and Python, strong communication skills, and ability to work in teams are essential.

Preferred skills include a master's degree and familiarity with military systems.
