A Day shift Machine Operator position in Tacoma, WA, at Milgard Windows and Doors' Vinyl building offers a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts starting at 6:00.

Responsibilities include operating machinery for optimal product quality and productivity, disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and changing tooling sets safely, performing quality inspections with calipers, and assisting with packaging, including forklift operation.

Qualifications require a GED or high school diploma, 6 months to 1 year of related manufacturing experience, and ability to interpret safety and operational documents.

Preferred skills include forklift certification, strong communication, and math skills.
