Description:

The M&A Integration Specialist will support cross-functional Mergers & Acquisitions projects from planning to completion.

Assist in managing timelines, resources, and communications to ensure timely delivery within scope.

Coordinate teams, facilitate meetings, document actions, and track project performance.

Define project goals, develop detailed documentation, and proactively manage risks and issues.

Communicate updates to stakeholders and support vendor engagement during due diligence.

Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of project coordination experience, strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Must be able to manage multiple projects, use project management tools, and work in a fast-paced environment, including occasional site visits and physical demands.
