Responsibilities
Review and control of design and construction documents created or submitted.
Set up and maintain files, logs by excel file.
Compile and generate reports, schedules, tables, graphs and presentations.
Consultation with the client or sub-con for initial setting of the document management system (if necessary).
Preparation or lecture of training materials for document management systems for team member and sub-contractor (if necessary).
Review drafted and completed documents for grammar use (if necessary).
Simple interpretation or translation work for meetings (if necessary).
Qualifications
Bilingual (English, Korean) required.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and database software.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Completion of a four-year college degree program preferred.
Five-year experience in the architectural or construction profession preferred.
Knowledge of applicable project management and document tracking preferred.
Document system: ProjectSight or Trimble experienced person preferred.
