Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

Qualifications:
Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Experience working in K-12 schools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Knowledge of various speech and language disorders
Proficient in implementing therapy techniques and assessments

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs
Develop and implement tailored therapy plans based on individual assessments
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students goals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
Provide direct therapy services and monitor student participation and progress
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
Offer guidance and support to staff and families regarding speech and language development
