Qualifications:
Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
Previous experience working with elementary-aged students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
Experience supervising or mentoring Speech-Language Pathology Assistants is a plus

Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
Provide direct speech and language therapy in a play-based context
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
Monitor and document student progress and adjust therapy as needed
Supervise and support the work of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school events
