ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to support our manufacturing operations. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist with process improvement initiatives and data analysis
-Support the engineering team in the design and implementation of manufacturing solutions
-Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts on the production floor
-Collect, organize, and interpret production data to support decision-making
-Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
-Contribute to health and safety, quality, and lean manufacturing initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CAD and data analysis tools are a plus
-Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
