Research Scientist PhD-RN

The Research Scientist is a doctoral-prepared clinician (PhD or DNS in Nursing) with an active MO RN License, based onsite at a Magnet facility.

Develops and leads health services research programs, conducting independent interdisciplinary research to improve patient outcomes and care delivery.

Mentors healthcare professionals in scholarly activities, including presentations, posters, and publications.

Collaborates with clinicians and physicians to evaluate and implement best practices, clinical care models, and technology.

Supports research utilization in clinical practice and develops strategic research plans.

Present research locally and nationally, submitting work for peer-reviewed publications.

Minimum 5-10 years of experience; no supervisory experience required.
