Job Description

The Assistant Director of Strategy & Analytics plays a critical role in shaping data-informed strategies that drive the Buckeye Club’s donor growth and campaign performance. This position blends analytical expertise with strategic thinking to unlock donor insights, enhance segmentation, and optimize fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will leverage CRM data, build robust dashboards, and partner across departments to transform analytics into measurable impact.

This role will design and implement lead scoring and donor segmentation models to identify and prioritize prospective donors. Analyze giving patterns and donor engagement to inform campaign design and marketing tactics. Build and manage automated and drip campaigns in collaboration with the marketing & communications team. Track and report on return on investment (ROI) for donor outreach, events, and cultivation strategies. Collaborate with Advancement Services, IT, and development officers to refine CRM usage and data integration. Provide data-driven recommendations that improve fundraising efficiency and unlock new donor audiences. Generate monthly ticket and donor tracking report.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Desired Qualifications

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and/or R. Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Ticketmaster, Pardot, etc.). Ability to convert complex data into actionable insights and clear strat
