We’re seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing home service company. This role is vital to ensuring our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical teams are operating efficiently, hitting performance goals, and delivering the outstanding customer experience we’re known for.

What You’ll Do

As Operations Manager, you will play a central role in aligning people, processes, and performance. You’ll work closely with department leaders and frontline team members to ensure we deliver services efficiently, profitably, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily field operations across multiple service lines (HVAC, plumbing, electrical)

Lead and mentor service managers and department leads to meet operational, financial, and customer service goals

Develop, implement, and improve standard operating procedures and workflows

Collaborate with dispatch and customer service teams to ensure scheduling efficiency and job completion targets

Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement

Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing training of technicians and managers

Manage inventory controls, fleet management, vendor relationships, and facility needs

Serve as a cross-functional leader, working closely with HR, Finance, and Marketing to support company-wide initiatives

Promote and uphold a positive company culture that reflects our values

What You Bring

Proven experience in operations leadership (home services, trades, or related industries preferred)

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset

Exceptional leadership and communication abilities

Track record of building systems, improving processes, and leading teams to success

Working knowledge of scheduling, dispatching, and field management software

Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail

A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude — you're not above jumping in where needed
