About the Role:
The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production machinery operates efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery, including press machines and mold machines, to produce high-quality products. The operator will monitor the production process, making adjustments as necessary to maintain optimal performance and quality standards. Additionally, the Machine Operator will be tasked with performing routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure safety. Ultimately, the success of this role directly impacts the overall productivity and quality of the manufacturing operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with production machinery and tools, including overhead cranes and clamp trucks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical certification in machine operation or related field.
Experience with assembly line processes and production machinery.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
Utilize tools such as micrometers and deburring equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Skills:
The required skills for this position, such as proficiency in operating assembly line machinery and press machines, are essential for daily tasks. Operators will frequently use overhead cranes and clamp trucks to move materials safely and efficiently throughout the production area. Attention to detail is critical, as operators will utilize micrometers and deburring tools to ensure that products meet precise specifications. Additionally, strong problem-solving skills will be necessary for troubleshooting machinery issues and performing routine maintenance. Preferred skills, such as technical certifications, will enhance the operator's ability to contribute to process improvements and maintain high safety standards.
