BathWorks of Michigan is a rapidly growing, family-owned remodeling company committed to Creating Smiles, One Home at a Time. We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations, enhance processes, and ensure our field teams are set up for success.Key Responsibilities

Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and material staging

Lead, delegate, and coach a small team to achieve daily objectives

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy

Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless job executionQualifications

2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or construction operations (with leadership responsibilities preferred)

Strong organizational, delegation, and problem-solving skills
