Engineer II

SRK Systems, Inc. is an IT firm engaged in the business of providing data processing consulting services to major corporations, government agencies and other business concerns throughout the United States.

SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Engineer II.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to a related degree.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop performance test scripts using LoadRunner, JMeter, and other tools for web and API testing.

• Plan and execute load, stress, and soak tests based on realistic workload models and SLAs.

• Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana during test runs.

• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks in the application, database, or environment.

• Prepare performance test reports with metrics, observations, and tuning recommendations.

• Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to triage and resolve performance issues.

• Ensure compliance with data security policies and follow Amex testing standards and documentation practices.

• Continuously improve test coverage and automation while supporting production monitoring and performance readiness.
