Summary:
The CRB Enablement Program Manager will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement by working closely with senior leaders, colleagues, and advisory groups. This role will focus on promoting and identifying key areas for enhancement, tracking, and analyzing feedback, and ensuring effective communication and follow-through across all CRB segments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement a systematic approach to track improvements and progress that improve the colleague and customer experience.
Collect and analyze feedback from various departments and feedback forums to identify recurring themes and trends.
Duties as assigned for activities that support colleague and customer experience.
Develop and maintain dashboards on the status of improvements and initiatives.
Research and implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to drive improvement.
Stay up to date on trends and advancements in the field to continuously enhance enablement strategies.
Facilitate solution-finding processes for identified areas of improvement.
Promote a culture of continuous progress and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior leadership to ensure alignment and support for improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with colleague advisory groups to understand key concepts and feedback identified.
Ensure effective communication with all colleagues regarding feedback received from the VOICE Survey, Pulse Survey, and Colleague Advisory Groups.
Support CRB Engagement and Development Director in root cause analysis and action planning for CRB Voice in Action.
Provide regular updates to colleagues and leaders on the progress of improvements and solutions implemented.
Foster a transparent environment where colleagues feel their voices are heard and valued.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience in a retail environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Able to build and maintain detailed reporting dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
Proven experience in an enablement, project management, or continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Familiarity with feedback collection tools and techniques.

Compensation Range:$70,000-$140,000 Annual Salary
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
