Elliott Bay Brewing Co. is looking for "beer-loving, people-pleasing, quick-witted, fast, drama-free experienced Food Servers to join our Lake City team. We are a great group of people that are passionate about organic beer, a progressive pub menu, building community and genuine service to our guests. Servers average $37-$47 per hour after tips (calculated 2023, 2024)

What we're looking for:

Outgoing personality with willingness and initiative to jump in and help others

Friendly and professional demeanor on the phone and in-person

Continually focused on helping to make the guest experience top grade

Strong work ethic, take your job seriously and want to perform well

Qualifications:

Must have a current food handlers permit and M.A.S.T. Certification or be willing to get them

Previous restaurant service experience a plus, but not required

Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

Ability to stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds

Must be available nights and weekends
