Camilla, GA l $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

We are looking for a Manual Machinist to contribute to the production of high-quality pumps, motors, gear drives and other components. You would be successful in this position if you have experience in welding, threading on engine lathes, proficiency operating manual machines, and willing to gain proficiency in CNC machines. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate engine lathes to perform precision threading on engine components

Monitor and adjust machine settings as needed

Operate various manual machining tools

Apply welding skills to join components for final product

Ensure welded components meet quality and structural standards

Perform routine maintenance on manual machines to ensure optimal functionality

Gain an understanding of CNC machines to assist in operations of CNC machinery as required

Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Clean Drug Screen

Willing to undergo criminal background check

Ability to lift 40lbs+

Experience in welding required

Fabricator experience preferred

Plasma or CNC machine experience preferred but willing to train

Experience with programming/programming of machines preferred

Location: Camilla, GA

Pay Range: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 45 hours a week during the summer
