Inventory Control Associate

Summary:

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory used in meal kit production. This includes performing daily cycle counts, ensuring FIFO rotation, managing the flow of inventory from storage to production, and documenting all inventory changes in the system. The associate will also resolve inventory-related issues, verify product quality and quantity, and work closely with the Preparation team to meet production targets. Clear communication with the Inventory Control Team Lead and adherence to safety protocols are essential.

Location: Lancaster, TX (75134)

Schedule: 1st Shift

Sunday-Thursday 6AM- until finish or Saturday-Wednesday 6AM- until finish

Pay rate: $18.50

Duties:

Maintain accurate records for all inventory related to meal kit production by performing daily cycle counts.

Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation throughout the facility to maintain product freshness.

Manage inventory movement from storage to production; document all inventory changes in the warehouse management system.

Resolve issues related to inventory discrepancies, product quality, and production yields.

Requirements:

1–2 years of inventory and/or food service-related experience.

Ability to use inventory mobile devices and follow detailed processes.

Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Standup Reach Forklift experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
